Black Moth Super Rainbow Announce Reissues and More Dates

(PR) Pittsburgh's buzzed about band Black Moth Super Rainbow has added additional dates to its upcoming tours with The Flaming Lips and Aesop Rock that will keep the group out on the road from early September through Thanksgiving-time. The band will be supporting its much praised third album Dandelion Gum, out now on up and coming Chicago label Graveface Records (The Appleseed Cast, The Loose Salute.)
In addition to the new tour dates, Graveface, in conjunction with Black Moth Super Rainbow's own The 70's Gymnastics Recording Co. is pleased to announce the reissue of the first two, currently out-of-print, albums by Black Moth Super Rainbow. Both albums will hit stores on October 23rd with revised cover art and featuring unreleased bonus tracks.
Black Moth Super Rainbow's first sad/happy/nostalgia-for-something-that-never-existed record Falling Through A Field was three years of four-track and sampler recordings that shows how the band came from an almost folk beginning. Printed initially in a limited quantity of 500, the disc has been out-of-print since its initial release. The reissue will contain six bonus tracks.
