(antiMusic) After making fans wait five years, Down are finally ready to unleash their third effort next month. The metal supergroup's new album entitled, "III - Over The Under," will hit stores courtesy of the Independent Label Group.Philip Anselmo (Pantera, Superjoint Ritual), Pepper Keenan (Corrosion of Conformity), Rex Brown (Pantera), Kirk Windstein (Crowbar) and Jimmy Bower (Eyehategod, Superjoint Ritual) recently completed work on the album and a September 25th release date has been set. The band's last effort "Down II" was released in 2002.
The band is currently on tour Down Under with Heaven and Hell.
