Van Halen Reunion Tour

(antiMusic) Since they don't have anything else going on at the moment it looks like the Van Halen brothers and David Lee Roth figure they might as well jump into a reunion tour. The same tour that was supposed to take place this summer looks to be happening this fall.We're heard this all before but "sources" have told Billboard magazine that the Van Halen camp is planning a press conference next week to announce the reunion tour which is said to be planned to hit arenas beginning in early Roctober and will run for 50-dates. While not a full blown reunion with Eddie's son Wolfgang handling bass duties instead of Michael Anthony the tour will feature originals Eddie and Alex Van Halen with Diamond David Lee Roth. Earlier this year it looked like the reunion tour would be happening this summer, the VH camp went as far as to send out an official announcement but those plans went on hold when Eddie Van Halen entered rehab in March. This the second rumor that the tour would be going ahead since the original plans were put on hold.
