(Contact Music) Former pop legend Britney Spears has been accused of threatening to kill two celebrity photographers and throwing a baby bottle at them. The 25-year-old was involved in the alleged scuffle with the two men last week as they tried to take pictures of her leaving the Wynn Las Vegas resort.A statement from the lawyers of Andrew Deetz and Kyle Henderson claims that Britney had shouted "I am going to kill you!" It also alleges her bodyguard Cesar Julio Camera grabbed Deetz from behind before punching and kicking him. Britney then reportedly ran towards Henderson but was stopped from reaching him by security from the resort.
She is alleged to have advised Deetz to get a restraining order against her because she would kill him or hire someone that could. [sorry about the headline we just couldn't resist with the goofiness of this whole thing. Maybe next she will be charged with assault with a deadly baby bottle?]
