(PR) A song with one of the most recognizable opening riffs in Rock history, that made guys want to sport a leather jacket and made young girls want to date a guy who rode a motorcycle, and has graced countless commercials has reached its quarter life birthday. In celebration of this event George Thorogood and the Destroyers are releasing a digitally re-mastered Bad To The Bone: 25th Anniversary Edition. This certified gold album was Georges first big crossover hit and helped to introduce him to the MTV Crowd (due to heavy rotation of the Bad to the Bone vide). Aside from the legendary self-titled track the new album includes newly recorded versions of album tracks (including Bad to the Bone) as well as new Bonus B-Side tracks. This album is a robust collection of music ranging from raw introspective soulful blues to fist pumping rock n roll. The band will be on tour in support of the release through the month of August!
