(PR) Time Life is pleased to announce the release of a newly recorded Joan Osborne studio album, due in stores on May 22nd. Titled Breakfast In Bed, the forthcoming album is best described as an homage to the great Soul and R&B songs of the late 60s and early 70s. It will contain a mixture of her powerful interpretations of classic songs as well as new originals written by Ms. Osborne in a style and sound faithful to the classics. The singer/songwriter, whose hit single (What If God Was) One Of Us propelled her album, Relish, to the top of the charts in 1995 and went on to sell 5 million copies worldwide and garner 6 Grammy nominations, has enjoyed exploring different musical genres throughout her career. She has performed as a member of the Grateful Dead, toured with the Dixie Chicks and The Funk Brothers, is working on a childrens album and has recently put out a country record. On Breakfast in Bed, Ms. Osborne has the opportunity to truly showcase her particular affinity for soulful R&B music. - Click here for the Full Story
