Limp Bizkit frontmonkey, Fred Durst says that
the group’s next single will be a cover of The Who’s “Behind Blue Eyes”.
NME.com reports that Fred dropped this tid-bit “after a playback of the
new album in London”.
“He said he identified with the melancholic
introverted lyrics concerned with the dual nature of the man from 1971's
‘Who's Next’ album.”
This isn’t the first time the rap-rock
group went the cover route, it was in fact a cover of the George Michael
hit “Faith” that helped first endear the group to angry adolescent boys
with backwards caps and helped foist the group into the mainstream.
The cover will also appear on the group’s
forthcoming album, which this week is set to be called “Results May Vary”.
The disc is expected to hit stores on September 23rd on Flip/Interscope
records.
Here is the track listing:

Build A Bridge
