UK fans have spoken with their wallets. They
want their rock AC/DC hard but also love their 80s pop. Two separate UK
concerts have sold out in four minutes according to NME.com
AC/DC are set to perform at the reopening
of the Carling Hammersmith Apollo (say that 3 times fast) on October 21st.
Tickets for the show went on sale this morning (Oct 13) and sold out in
less than 5 minutes.
The original lineup of Duran Duran will
perform at Londons Kentish Town Forum tomorrow night (Oct 14). Tickets
went on sale Friday and they too sold out in 4 minutes.
Both bands are reportedly working on new
albums.
