Rock got into an altercation with a photographer after he played a surprise jam at the Malibu Inn. Rock and his girlfriend Pamela Anderson were surrounded by photographers as they attempted to leave the club.  But Rock got into it with one photographer and the altercation was caught on film. 

Teenmusic.com reports that a source who has seen the tape says, "Kid grabs (the paparazzo) by the neck of his sweater, rips off his cap and throws him into oncoming traffic on Pacific Coast Highway.

"Then Kid runs into the street to throw a punch, but the photographer ducks and runs away. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was treated and later released."

Footage of the incident was shown on Tuesday’s Entertainment Tonight. 

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department is investigating the incident and Rock has not yet been charged with a crime.
