Nickelback Sued
MuchMusic
Reports the following:
A recording studio has filed a breach of
contract suit against Nickelback. The suit, filed with B.C.'s provincial
Supreme Court, alleges that the band owes the Turtle Recording company
production royalties and property rights to songs from the band's album,
"Curb." Last year, Nickelback won a lawsuit against their former managers
over ownership of the "Curb" album. No word yet on when the suit will reach
the courts.
