The tour many fans have been waiting for is
about to get underway. Audioslave featuring Chris Cornell, Brad Wilk, Tim
Commerford and Tom Morello will kick off their first U.S. tour on February
21st in Denver, Colorado.
At this point it looks like the tour will
last about a month and hit cities in the Midwest, New England, South West
and California, with a lone date in the South. No word at press time if
other markets will be added. But there are holes in the itenierary
that could be filled with more shows, although there has been no indication
from the Audioslave camp that will happen.
The groups self-titled album has been
certified Gold after selling over 500,000 copies since its release in
November.
