Too much pop mixed in with the punk on the
Vans Warped Tour for your taste? If so, there is good news as some legends
of punk are banding together for a summer tour.
The Misfits, The Damned, DI, The Dickies,
Agnostic Front and Balzac are joining forces for the Misfits Fiend Fest,
which will kickoff on July 24th.
The Misfits will headline the outing in
support of the forthcoming Project 50 CD. This time around the Misfits
will feature founding member Jerry Only, who will be joined by Marky Ramone
and Black Flags Dez Cadena.
Project 50 is a special project within
the Misfits ranks where they do punk covers of classic Rock n Roll songs
from the 50s.
Exact dates, cities and venue information
was not available at press time.
