BP oil spill relief money is apparently going towards a concert. Mobile, Alabama is using $1.35 million that it received from the BP Compensation Fund to draw people back into the city. According to Blog.al.com, Mayor Sam Jones said some of the money will go toward a music festival featuring Motley Crue, Earth, Wind and Fire, T.I., Lady Antebellum, Reba McEntire, Tonic, Papa Roach and others.
