antiMusic reports: This week we are featuring The Company Band, a new supergroup that includes members of Clutch, CKY, Fireball Ministry, and Puny Human. The band recorded a 4-song EP called "Sign Here, Here, and Here" and we have Neil Fallon (Clutch) with us this week to tell us about the new band, the songs of the EP, and more. Today we ask Neil what fans can expect musically from The Company Band.?: You're releasing your debut EP, can you us what fans can expect music wise from the band? How it differs from the other bands you guys have been involved with? Neil: I think if there is one tie that binds it's the love of straight up rock and roll. The bands that influence our respective bands are the same that influence T.C.B. There was never any discussion about what the band would or would not be. We just threw it over the fence to see where it would land. Once I heard the riffs that Jim and Dave were kicking around, I knew it was going to fun. We will be back tomorrow with more Q&A with Neil. The EP is available on iTunes right now and will be released in CD form next week. It seriously kicks major ass. For now you can check out clips of the songs and get more info on the band

Metal Underground reports: According to PerthNow, the power blew half way through RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE's opening track "Testify" at the band's February 3 concert at Claremont Showgrounds in Perth, Australia. Stunned audience members, many of whom had paid the ticket price just to see the newly reformed RAGE, held their breath. Would the band storm off stage? Was this the end of the night?
