(Contact Music) ANTHRAX star SCOTT IAN has promised fans he'll announce the group's new singer by the end of next month (Jun07). The heavy rockers parted ways with frontman Joey Belladonna at the beginning of 2007 - two years after the group's original line-up reunited for a world tour.
