Bono
Knighted |
Jam! reports: Irish rock star and global humanitarian
Bono became a knight of the British empire Thursday -- and joked that his
youngest son thought he was about to become a Jedi instead.
Bono, 46, was named a Knight Commander
of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in an informal, laugh-filled
ceremony in the Dublin home of British Ambassador David Reddaway.
"You have permission to call me anything
you want -- except sir, all right? Lord of lords, your demigodness, that'll
do," he told reporters afterward. Because he is an Irish citizen, Bono
won't have the title of "sir" before his name.[see full story for more]-

Settles Divorce |
TMZ reports: TMZ has learned Britney Spears
and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their divorce.
Sources say that under the terms, K-Fed
will walk away with around $1 million. As for their two kids, we're told
Britney and Kevin will have joint custody, sharing physical custody 50/50.
The divorce will be final, with a judge's signature, very soon.

lawyer, has settled a high-profile divorce, the parties file a "skeletal
judgment," which mean the specific terms will be omitted from the public

Greg
Leon Finishing New CD |
Sleazeroxx.com reports: Some of you may not
recognize the name Greg Leon (www.gregleoninvasion.com), but you will know
the musicians he has played with. He formed Suite 19 with a young Tommy
Lee, toured with Dokken in their formative years, replaced Randy Rhoads
in Quiet Riot and then struck out on his own with the Greg Leon Invasion.
But the music industry can be unfair, and while Greg was battling with
record labels and even Vinnie Vincent, his former bandmates were reaching
platinum success. Greg hasn't let that get him down though and he is still
making music he believes in, the latest being the upcoming Tell The Children
CD.
SR: What are you doing musically these
days?
GL: Currently we're putting the finishing
touches on our newest Greg Leon Invasion CD. The album will be titled "Tell
The Children". "Tell The Children" is the closing song on the album and
has a very pre apocalyptic message. [see full story for the full interview
