Glitch Leaves Thousands of Fans Without Tickets

(Gigwise) Over three thousand people who believed they had bought tickets for the Leeds and Reading Festivals have had them cancelled. The news comes after the event sold out within hours of tickets going on sale on Monday evening. Organisers say that the purchases were dealt with so quickly that the problems with some credit crads did not come to light until after confirmations had been emailed out to fans.
