(SMN) HEAVEN AND HELL have lined up some additional U.S. tour dates from April 22nd to May 19th, this time with MEGADETH and MACHINE HEAD as support. Initial dates are as follows:April 22 - Phoenix, AZ @ Dodge Theatre
April 24 - San Jose, CA @ HP Pavilion
May 6 - Minneapolis, MN @ Target Center
