(Idolator.com) The RIAA has launched a Web site for people who want to settle their file-swapping lawsuits, and it's exactly as cutting-edge as you'd expect. Not only does it have lots of drop-shadow graphics (check out that reflection!) and mazelike navigation, it has a schoolmarmish FAQ for confused litigation targets: If I promise never to do this again, do I still have to pay?
