At The Disco top the list of bands to play in the California sun at this year's Street Scene Festival, which will take place Sept. 22-23 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego. And yet that's just a few of many confirmed, with Social Distortion, Air, Arctic Monkeys, Ozomatli, G.
