A Perfect Murder has called it quits. The group has issued the following
statement:
"A Perfect Murder is officially breaking
up. There are a lot of things that could be discussed about but we don't
wanna go that way. We'd like to think about all the good things music has
bring to us over the last 7 years. We've met a lot of people, made a lot
friends, traveled to places that we thought we would never go.
1 Demo, 2 Ep's and 4 LPs later we are very
proud to say that we, A Perfect Murder, has achieved something truly remarkable.
We'd like to thanks the Quebec hardcore/Metal scene for all the support
since we've started. - more

PR reports: Rock music legend Ken Hensley,
who is best known for his work with classic rock groups Uriah Heep and
Blackfoot, has just unveiled possibly his most important work to date -
the rock opus Blood On The Highway. Germany's Politur Rock Records has
just released the critically acclaimed masterpiece in which Hensley, who
has recorded 13 studio albums and one highly acclaimed live 2-LP set with
one of Britain's hardest rocking ensembles Uriah Heep, could not be more
excited!
Ken Hensley still has his dreams: for example
to perform Blood On The Highway on stage. "One of my dreams is to perform
the album with my band, the guest vocalists and a 25-piece string section
in as many big cities as possible, not only in England and America, but
also all over Europe, Australia and Japan." The idea doesn't seem far-fetched
as Ken Hensley performed his fascinating rock opera, Blood On The Highway,
in Hamburg, Germany on May 22, 2007. Likewise, his autobiography (under
the same title) is to be released on July 20th and a live DVD is scheduled
for release later this year.

PR reports: San Francisco's All Teeth And
Knuckles take on post-electro-kraut-punk-who-knows-what delivers with the
type of intensity that infects listeners with the relentless to desire
shatter unsuspecting dance floors while also beckoning them to insinuate
bar fights, thieve away coupled beauties, and indulge in excess.
Sure, there's solid amounts of straight
up pump n' clap, synth-thick, sex-ready party jams to be had, but it's
the prominent demeanor of spite, humor, and recklessness that adds in that
special flavor that breaks the formula, flips up the script, and keeps
the band on razor's edge status.
On August 7th, the duo of Sick Face Fallon
and Gio Fo Rio are releasing their Lujo Records debut full length, "Club

PR reports: SUN AKA GEISHA and Wyclef Jean
announced today the official release of their first single off SUN's debut
North American album, executive produced by Wyclef Jean. SUN, a four time
platinum music artist and singing sensation in Asia , has an overall production
deal with Wyclef Jean, and "China Wine" is their first collaborative effort.
The single was co- written by SUN and Wyclef who also sings and appears
in the single's music video.
"China Wine" was penned by SUN and Wyclef
Jean at Wyclef's Platinum Sound Recording Studio in New York . It was an
immediate hit with both SUN and Wyclef's creative teams. "China Wine" is
the follow-up to the very popular Caribbean urban/reggae single, "Dutty
Wine," which swept through the U.S. and the U.K. last year. Tony Matt erhorn,
writer and recording artist behind "Durty Wine," was so impressed with
"China Wine" after receiving an early edit from Wyclef Jean that he asked
if he could record on "China Wine" as well. Soon after the outrageous talents
of reggae artist Elephant Man were added to the single as well. Elephant
Man is currently signed with VP Music Group Inc. and is releasing his next
record on [P.Shiddy's] Bad Boy Records. - more
