(TuneLab) Looks like the Internet Radio Equality Act will not come up for a vote in Congress. After hearing testimony from seven witnesses from independent record label owners, musicians and webcasters, House Small Business Committee Chairwoman Nydia Velazquez stated, "I really don't think Congress would be the best type of vehicle to resolve this type of issue. July 15th is just around the corner and I hope the two parties can come together and resolve this issue."
