Megadeth Live DVD
PR reports: MEGADETH and IMAGE ENTERTAINMENT have confirmed the March 6, 2007 release of "THAT ONE NIGHT: LIVE IN BUENOS AIRES" live DVD. The show was filmed live at Obras Stadium, Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 9, 2005 before a rabid audience of over 25,000 fans. The 90-plus minute film and CD features songs encompassing MEGADETH's career, ranging from their 1986 album Peace Sells…But Who's Buying through 2004's The System Has Failed. A CD version will be released March 27.

"This was one of the greatest nights of my life," says MEGADETH founder and frontman DAVE MUSTAINE. "I am glad I was able to document it and share it with you. 'That One Night' is a lesson in metal fanaticism by some of the best participating, most frenzied, and intense concert-goers in the world! I have waited ten years to show the rest of the world how much Megadeth and Argentina love each other. If seeing this doesn't convince you how lethal a Megadeth concert in Argentina with some very close personal friends can be, don't worry…you're already dead."[see full story for track info]- Click Here for the Full Story

Hip Hop Life DVD
PR reports: Hip Hop Life is a documentary featuring some of the country’s top underground freestyle rappers as they face off in a battle-royale for “Rhyme City Supremacy”. The documentary pits Houston vs. Detroit. Detroit’s toughest MC battle rappers, who have appeared on Showtime, VH-1 and MTV, face Houston’s best street rappers, all on the verge of stardom themselves. Kirkland from G-Unit blazes the mic while Jadakiss, MC Lyte, and Freeway judge this one-time only hip-hop battle. Featuring real battles, real street footage and live performances by award winning platinum artists like Rick Ross and Young Jeezy, Hip Hop Life showcases the rhyme skills and tight tracks of the hottest performers in the underground world of hip-hop. Other highlights include interviews with renowned rapper Fat Joe and more. DVD will drop April 3rd, 2007[see full story for the Trailer]- Click Here for the Full Story

Pool Cure Night III
PR reports: Heavy metal has always been a very giving and unified community – despite what some of its detractors may say. All you have to do is look at the billiards night that Concrete Marketing has put together for Tuesday, March 6th at Slate Plus (54 West 21st Street, b/t 5th and 6th), which will benefit Pediatric AIDS, Leukemia & Cancer Research. This is the third installment of Concrete Marketing's themed charity events (first two covered Hair Metal and Prog Rock) which will be all about Classic Heavy Metal! Think Maiden, Priest, Metallica, and Sabbath. The DJ will be spinning the best of the best and we expect everyone to break out their best leather to participate in the evening's festivities.

Along with the loud music, it would not be a metal night with out ample liquor and hot metal babes. Slate and their distributors will be providing an open bar for the first hour while the 'Hustler Club' is providing the evening's dancers, Vivid starlets will be mingling with patrons, the cast from "Stairway to Hell" will perform a number from the show, Gwar will make an appearance in costume, and a number of surprise celebrities have also RSVP'd.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

....Malajube – Trompe~L'Oeil
Malajube has a deep understanding of when to retard, build, and crescendo musically, making Trompe~L'Oeil a quality listen.
