(Reuters) With her new Blue Note album, "Not Too Late," poised to debut next week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Norah Jones has announced the dates for her spring North American tour. The outing begins April 13 in Wallingford, Conn., and will wrap May 12 in Montreal.
