Only the Young Weekend Song
PR reports: Only the Young have opened today's music box, dumped out its contents, and have started replacing all of the broken and rusted parts with innovative and inventive songs that will have listeners singing along with the catchy vocals of their heroic choruses, dancing to the steady kicks and cracks of the bass and snare, and feeling like driving across the country in a car with the windows down until you run out of gas as the intertwining guitars fire up the air.

In August 2007, with Josh Hogan on vocals and bass, Johnny Royal and Alexander Drizos on guitars, and Cole Dalton on drums, Only the Young set to create something aggressive, arousing, catchy, and contemporary with their new music and agreed to share the excitement and altitude they had found with everyone. Producer Lee Miles (The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Puddle Of Mudd) of The Loving Loss began working with the band in the studio and helped shape the singles from the Hollywood Summer Sessions demos that are being released every few weeks with "The Weekend" starting the rotation.
