(Yahoo) Snow Patrol keyboardist Tom Simpson did not appear in court to face a charge of cocaine possession Tuesday (July 31). At the last hearing earlier this month, the keyboard player was told that he must appear before the court Tuesday.Simpson and co-accused Colin Kennedy, both 35 and from Glasgow, are accused of being in possession of cocaine in Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, on June 24, 2006. Sheriff Iain Peebles continued the case without plea until August 28 after a request from Simpson's lawyer. - more on this story
