(Contact Music) The BEACH BOYS have lost $60 million (GBP30.7 million) in an intellectual property lawsuit against a memorabilia collector. Former rocker ROY SCIACCA won a resounding victory against The Beach Boys last week (ends06APR07) when a judge in California tossed out a $60 million lawsuit filed last year (06) by the group's corporate entity, Brother Records, Inc. The lawsuit accused Sciacca of stealing a haul of original Beach Boys lyric sheets, sound recordings, videotapes, photographs and other items from a warehouse in 1994.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
