(punkbands) If been taken to court by 2 bands already (Give Up The Ghost/Knives Out), wasn't enough, Fall Out Boy, and in particular master 'lyricist' Pete Wentz are in trouble again. This time a former writer on the hit U.S show Saved By The Bell has accused the pop goons of at least 28 counts of plagarism, stating that " hearing the bands songs is like going over old scripts".
