Interact With John Mayer

You now have the chance to direct your very own interactive music video for John Mayer. His video for new single "Shadow Days" follows him on a journey from Los Angeles to Montana, and now fans can create their own journey in an interactive version of the video.

The newly launched part of his website utilizes the Google Maps Street View API and SoundCloud to allow users to input their starting and ending locations and set off on a virtual roadtrip set to "Shadow Days." The custom video experience is created on the fly, creating a unique real-time journey each time a new set of locations is entered.

"Shadow Days" is the first single from John Mayer's forthcoming album Born and Raised, which will be released May 22 on Columbia Records. Check it out here.

B.o.B's Strange Clouds Lands High On The Charts

B.o.B's sophomore album, Strange Clouds, enjoyed a first good week in stores, landing high on the charts.

The album grabbed the No 5 spot on the Billboard 200 album chart and topped the R&B and Rap Album charts.

The Kooks Map Out Summer Tour Plans

The Kooks will be returning to North American this summer for a string of live tour dates.

They will headline shows in Boston and Clifton Park, NY before hitting the road with Foster The People.

(Gibson) Grace Potter & The Nocturnals will play the second annual Grand Point North Festival in Burlington, Vermont, in September.

Kenny Rogers Returns To Warner Bros Deal

(Webster) Kenny Rogers returns to Warner Bros. Records who will release the country legend's new album later this year.

The new album is being produced by award-winning producer, Dann Huff. "I'm looking forward to returning home to Warner Bros. Records after all these years," commented Rogers on his new deal. "Our history together, combined with the incredible team that's in place now, provides the catalyst for a great new relationship going forward."

Goat Rodeo Sessions Special To Air This Month

WGBH sent over word that PBS will air The Goat Rodeo Sessions Live as a one-hour primetime special on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 9PM on PBS (check local listings).

The special captures the Goat Rodeo Sessions first live performance, filmed over two days in January at the House of Blues in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Goat Rodeo Sessions combines the talents of four different solo artists, cello virtuoso Yo-Yo Ma, mandolin master Chris Thile, bluegrass fiddler Stuart Duncan, bassist Edgar Meyer, each a Grammy Award winning star in their own right, to create a unique, genre-breaking sound that's part composed, part improvised and uniquely American. Michael Jackson's Estate Settles With MJ's Thriller Date

(TMZ) Michael Jackson's Estate has finally settled its beef with the girl who played MJ's date in the infamous "Thriller" video -- three years after she filed her lawsuit.

TMZ broke the story ... Ola Ray sued MJ and his production company in May 2009 -- the month before Jackson died -- claiming she hadn't been paid royalties from the legendary 1983 music video.

The former Playboy Playmate sued for breach of contract, insisting she was still owed a massive chunk of "Thriller" profits.

We don't know how much the Estate settled for -- but from what we can gather, Ola got something.

"Thriller" director John Landis has filed a similar lawsuit against the Estate. We're told both sides are still trying to negotiate a settlement. more on this story

Now Witness Says John Travolta Nowhere Near Sex Assault Accuser

(TMZ) A costume designer who shot the photos of John Travolta at a New York hotel says there is no way in hell Travolta met up with a masseur in L.A.. the same day.

Denise Wingate, who worked as the costume designer for Travolta's movie, "Killing Season," tells TMZ she was in the actor's New York suite at The Greenwich Hotel for most of the afternoon on January 16 -- the day a masseur claims Travolta sexually accosted him at a Beverly Hills hotel.

Wingate says she took a bunch of pictures -- including the ones TMZ posted -- during the session that lasted around 3 1/2 hours. She also says 4 other people were in the room with Travolta and herself.

Wingate, who also fitted Robert De Niro at the hotel the same day, says Travolta was at the hotel almost the entire day, running his lines for the movie.

As we reported, we also obtained the flight plan which shows Travolta flew out of L.A. the evening of January 15 and landed in New York in the early hours of the 16th.

Wingate says any notion that Travolta was in Beverly Hills on the 16th "is absolutely absurd." more on this story

(Sub) Millionaires will be hitting the road this summer and have invited YouTube star Nathan Ryan to support the trek.

Nathan Ryan's camp sent over this info: Nathan Ryan is a 23 year old YouTube sensation who once was an inspired actor residing from the small town of Colorado Springs. Nathan started small with comedy skits and monologues. Then eventually he started with small roles in movies but wasn't satisfied with with the ideal if impressing casting directors. FInally, he was accepted into the YouTube partnership program after averaging about 5,000 views each week.

Nathan wanted to have tattoos and crazy hair but in today's society it was frowned upon. Therefore, he made the decision to stop auditioning for movies and start doing what he knew best and that was excelling on YouTube. He began, making one new video every week. After about a year of making comedy skits, Nathan started making song parodies. Averaging over 50,000 views per day, Nathan is still making song parodies of today's hit music. more on this story

Tennis Star Serena Williams Turns Rapper

(TMZ) Forget tennis, Serena Williams got a new sport ... the rap game -- and she's making her debut with a brand new song that's actually pretty catchy.

TMZ broke the story ... Serena laid down some tracks last year at a Florida record studio called B Major Music Group -- owned by Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie, who's good friends with the Williams sisters.

Now, one of the tracks has finally surfaced -- and it ain't half bad.

The lyrics are a little cliché -- shocker, another song about "balling hard" -- but her flow is surprisingly not annoying. She even gives her sister Venus a little shoutout. Take a listen.

Salon Owner Denies Making Tanning Mom's Skin Look Like Tree Bark

(TMZ) The owner of the salon where Tanning Mom went for regular UV treatment insists there's NO WAY he's responsible for turning her into a walking baseball mitt -- because her kind of tan isn't from a normal tanning bed.

City Tropics owner Anthony Ruccatano tells TMZ, Patricia Krentcil's extremely dark tan is more likely from a special sponge-on tan used by bodybuilders -- and it was NOT provided by City Tropics.

Anthony claims, "On stage [bodybuilders] look normal because the lights are so bright, but when they come outside it looks like tree bark." He adds, Patricia looks like she was "dipped in chocolate."

Anthony says Patricia paid $99 a month for unlimited tanning treatments at his facility -- tanning approximately 20-25 times a month.

Anthony also tells us, Patricia's 5-year-old daughter never even entered the building the day she was allegedly burned on a tanning bed -- but he previously told other media outlets the girl was in the building, just not in the tanning room.

As far as a Tanning Mom ban goes -- Anthony says, "I don't know if that's legal to do. So I wouldn't do it." more on this story

(TMZ) WWE superstar John Cena planted a big, fat kiss on his wife on live TV -- just 2 months before he filed for divorce ... but sources tell TMZ ... behind the scenes, he was a wreck over his marriage for months.

Sources connected to the wrestler tell us ... Cena was not shy about discussing his problems at home while hanging out backstage before WWE events.

We're told Cena complained that his relationship with Liz Huberdeau began to deteriorate shortly after they got married in 2009 ... with the arguing escalating in the past few months ... including spats over the remodeling of their Florida home.

One source tells us John has been "miserable" for the past few months ... despite the ringside PDA with his wife at a WWE event on March 5. more on this story

Days of Our Lives Star Splits From Smallville Husband

(TMZ) "Days of our Lives" star Lindsay Hartley has filed for divorce from "Smallville" actor Justin Hartley ... TMZ has learned.

Lindsay filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences."

The couple met back in 2003 while both starring on the soap opera "Passions" -- and were married a year later. They have a 7-year-old daughter.

Since "Passions," Lindsay has starred on "All My Children" and "Days of Our Lives."

Lindsay is asking for joint physical and legal custody. So far, no word back from Justin. more on this story

Jay-Z Pitches In On Nets Stadium Contruction

(TMZ) Jay-Z is keeping a close eye on his multimillion dollar NBA investment -- showing up to a Brooklyn construction site last week to check out the future home of the Nets ... and even trying his hand at some hard labor.

The rapper toured the dirt-filled construction yard last Friday -- known as Barclays Stadium -- to take a gander at where his Brooklyn Nets will earn their stripes ... as in black and white, 'cause the team's colors just changed too. Get over it.

Oh yeah, we also got video of Jay-Z careening around the construction site on a bulldozer -- reaching breakneck speeds of approximately 1 mph. It's pretty hilarious. Watch it here.

Perfect Strangers Game Exposes Bronson Pinchot Secret

(TMZ) Bronson Pinchot -- the guy who played Balki on "Perfect Strangers" -- says he was blown away to find out about a NEW video game based on the '80s sitcom ... but notes ONE. BIG. PROBLEM!!!

The unlicensed game erupted on the Internet this week -- featuring Balki on an action-packed quest .. running from Mypos to Chicago ... and even flying ... on the wings of his dreams.

Pinchot -- who's currently hosting DIY's "The Bronson Pinchot Project" -- says the game made him smile "from beginning to end" ... but he does point out one major continuity problem with his digital doppelganger.
