(TMZ) Piers Morgan wants Madonna to "get down on bended knee" and apologize to him ... on TMZ -- all because of a mystery feud that blew up on the Internet this week. You'll recall ... Piers publicly banned Madonna from his CNN show on Twitter Tuesday, writing, "Welcome to Twitter. You're still banned from my show. Love Piers X." Madonna's manager Guy Oseary thumbed his nose in response, tweeting back Madonna had already been invited to Piers' UK show -- so Piers extended the ban worldwide. Piers refused to elaborate on what's really behind the feud -- on his way out of an L.A. supermarket today -- telling us, "It's a private spat." Piers added, "Madonna can come on [my] show, but she has to get on bended knee and apologize to me ... on TMZ." But he probably won't get his wish -- because a source close to Madonna's management tells TMZ, "Piers is delusional for feuding with Madonna. He isn't even on Madonna's radar. The UK invitation speaks for itself." more on this story

(TMZ) Rapper Rick Ross can keep his name, thanks to an L.A. County Superior Court judge who shut down a bid from former drug dealer "Freeway" Rick Ross who tried to hoard the name."Freeway" Rick Ross had filed suit against the rapper, claiming ownership of the name. In fact, the rapper has strongly intimated in his songs his name was inspired by the drug dude. In the song "Hustlin" for example, Ross makes several references to large-scale drug dealing -- despite what Freeway says ... the rapper never dealt drugs in his life. But the judge today ruled "Freeway" Rick has no case, and threw the lawsuit out. "Freeway" Rick Ross tells TMZ he's pretty bummed out about the judge's decision ... saying, "I got hit in the stomach today ... I feel s**tty." Ross adds ... "[Rick] had nine high profile attorneys and I had three volunteer non-high profile attorneys. I had no money to get the big name lawyers so I couldn't go in there with a monster team like him." He concludes, "The world knows the truth ... that [Rick] stole my identity and shame on him that he won't give it back. I hope to appeal this because you shouldn't be allowed to steal someone's identity and get away with it." more on this story

(TMZ) Octomom's topless photo shoot didn't completely sabotage her adult film future ... but it did drastically reduce her XXX market value -- this according to a brand new film offer from Vivid Entertainment. In case you didn't know, Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch offered Nadya Suleman $1 MILLION in 2009 to star in her own adult film -- but Octo turned him down. Hirsch made a second offer in 2010 to help bail her out of foreclosure -- $500,000 for ONE hardcore scene -- but Octo rejected that too. Now, in the wake of Nadya's topless photo shoot, Hirsch is making one final push to lock the mother of 14 into a contract -- except this time ... he's not offering 7 figures ... OR half a million ... not even close. Hirsch sent Octo a letter yesterday, offering her a paltry $100,000 to appear in THREE hardcore sex scenes -- claiming, "Regrettably your market value has diminished." She might need the money, but don't count on Nadya chomping at the bit any time soon -- Octo called in to TMZ Live this week, and seemed pretty adamant she'd never do adult films in a million billion years. more on this story

Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band release their new album, Doin' It Hard, it this week and to celebrate we asked Greg Hollowell (tenor sax / bari sax / flute) to tell us about some of the songs. Today he tells us about Lucky and Sunday Afternoon.Lucky: This song was originally written and recorded by Mary Frances, our keyboardist, and Lee Allen, our drummer, in their keyboard/drum duo, Eymarel. Full of sassy lyrics and powerful vocals, "Lucky" speaks of a woman who gets her heart broken but then finds her power through that experience. The tune was first recorded in 2008 at DJ Le Spam's studio in North Miami, FL by Eymarel and released on their second studio album, "Mary+Lee." After Mary and Lee joined the Booty Band in 2009, the band re-recorded the track at DJ Le Spam's studio for the Booty Band's sophomore release "Doin' It Hard." This time "Lucky" was recorded to tape on a Tascam 38 half-inch 8 track machine to create that warm, old school soul feeling. Sunday Afternoon: This is a fun, playful song that begins with synthesizers and guitars intertwining laser-like sounds while the drums and bass thump a solid, laid back rhythm. The horns come in and you feel like you are teeter-tottering on a playground of sound. Al Al, bass player/singer and co-composer of this tune, describes life on the road and promises his lover that he will soon some home from tour to see her "...on a Sunday Afternoon." Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
