Sources tell us she is being placed in a facility to "seek further professional assistance." Our sources say the treatment is for substance abuse.

The 15 city tour begins on April 14th at the Santa Barbara Bowl and will also include previously announced festival performances at Coachella and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Trace Adkins has announced the initial dates for his Songs & Stories Tour, which will hit venues this Spring.

These intimate evenings of performances will incorporate stories, both humorous and meaningful, that pay homage to Adkins' working-man roots and rich musical heritage.

Inspiration for the Songs & Stories Tour came as Trace released his 10th studio album, Proud To Be Here, last summer with a CMT Invitation Only special. Free Download From Cypress Hill and Rusko Project
Cypress Hill and Dubstep DJ/Producer Rusko will release their collaborative EP, Cypress x Rusko, in April and are offering fans a free download of the first single.

"I think dubstep is a natural progression of hip-hop," says Sen Dog. "Especially the way that we formulated it with Rusko, there's definitely some roughness to it."

"We've always been the type of group to take chances on doing something radically different than what people expect from us. So this carries with the tradition of us going out of the box. If it's not something that we embrace then we don't dare mess with it and this is something we fell right into the pocket of," adds B-Real.

The EP was recorded over a six-month period, with Rusko joining Cypress in the studio for part and sending tracks over email when his crazy touring schedule restricted him from being there in person. "It excited me so much when I received the acappellas because sometimes I'd been away for a week and I'd finally get a Wi-Fi connection," says Rusko. "The excitement would keep me awake all night feverishly working on the track."

Download the first single "Roll It, Light It," for free at Spin.com.

Jay Leno Sued Over Sikh Joke
(TMZ) NO ONE mocks the Sikh religion and gets away with it ... not even Jay Leno -- at least that's the sentiment behind a new lawsuit, filed by one angry Sikh follower ... in Bakersfield, CA.

It's all over a recent segment on "The Tonight Show" -- in which Jay pokes fun at the homes of several GOP candidates. We'll spare you, but the punchline is that Mitt Romney -- a famously wealthy businessman -- spends his summers in a solid gold palace.

As an illustration, Jay pulled up a photo of India's Harmandir Sahib -- aka the Golden Temple of Amritsar -- one of the most sacred buildings in the world to the Sikh people.

There's been a lot of outrage among Sikhs over the clip -- but one man in California named Dr. Randeep Dhillon took his religious fervor one step further ... filing a libel lawsuit against the late night host, claiming Leno is responsible for encouraging hatred and ridicule of his religion.

According to Randeep, the Romney joke "falsely portrays the holiest place in the Sikh religion as a vacation resort owned by a non-Sikh" ... THE HORROR.

Randeep is suing for general and punitive damages. Calls to NBC were not returned. more on this story

Pam Anderson Settles Condo Case
(TMZ) Pam Anderson has called a truce in her war with a Las Vegas real estate mogul -- who sued the actress for $22.5 million last year, claiming she screwed him out of several massive condo sales.

TMZ broke the story ... Laurence Hallier filed the lawsuit against Anderson last June, claiming she agreed to promote the sale of several condominiums in the new Panorama Towers -- by making various personal appearances -- but failed to uphold her end of the bargain.

According to Hallier, Anderson flaked on appearance after appearance -- costing him millions in lost condo sales.

Hallier had promised to give Pam a free condo in exchange for her services, but ultimately refused as a result of Pam's alleged breach of agreement. In response, Pam sued him for $1 million.

Now, the two parties have finally let bygones be bygones, striking a settlement out of court. The terms of the settlement are confidential. more on this story

Jeremy London Charged With Domestic Battery
(TMZ) Jeremy London has formally been charged with domestic battery for allegedly beating up his baby mama in Palm Springs last month -- but the crazy part ... legal docs filed in the case describe the actor as homeless.

Jeremy still hasn't been arrested for the incident -- so in addition to charging documents, authorities filed a request for an arrest warrant, describing Jeremy's alleged attack on his estranged wife Melissa Cunningham.

According to the docs, the fight started when London put the couple's son in his car to go to breakfast, but Melissa objected ... insisting the boy did not want to go.

According to the papers, an argument erupted, culminating with London pulling Melissa's hair and hitting her on the side of the head. At the end of the documents, Jeremy is described as having no address ... simply "transient."

A rep for Jeremy tells us, "The allegation for which this charge against Jeremy London is being filed is false and no such abuse occurred." more on this story

Judge Delays Halle Berry Decision
(TMZ) Halle Berry will have to wait until Monday to get a decision from a judge ... on whether her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, should be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources tell TMZ ... Judge Scott Gordon heard the matter this AM because the judge who was handling the case is on vacation. After hearing the lawyers arguments, Judge Gordon decided he would not decide, but rather put the matter off until next Monday, when Judge Mark Juhas returns from vacation.

Judge Gordon did not grant an immediate emergency order for either side because he believed there are enough protections in place to keep Nahla safe until Monday's hearing.

We're told Halle and Gabriel did not address the judge. more on this story

Kenny G and His Wife Keeping Break-Up Private
(TMZ) Kenny G and his wife, Lyndie Benson-Gorelick, are working out their marital issues in private ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the case will be handled by a private judge, because both Kenny and his wife want to avoid the drama of a public break-up.

Both Kenny G and his wife filed for legal separation earlier this month. In fact, they each filed their legal docs the same day, leading us to believe this was a coordinated effort by Kenny's lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Lyndie's attorney, Gary Fishbein -- and that generally means the parties are getting along. more on this story

Face Behind YouTube Star Honey Badger Exposed
(TMZ) Nothing can stop the Honey Badger -- or at least the voice of the YouTube sensation -- from revealing his face.

TMZ got video of Randall -- the man whose hysterical voiceover brought HB to life. While the Badger's racked up more than 30 million Internet views ... Randall's avoided the spotlight.

So, why go public now? Randall's in Hollywood hawking his new book -- yes, the Honey Badger can write too -- and there's even an animated TV show in the works. Guess he really is pretty badass.

Checkout our video to finally put a face to that famous voice. By the way, it's pretty clear Randall is still not 100% comfortable with the spotlight. Check out video here
