Celebrity Rehab's Shifty Shellshock Busted For Rock Cocaine

(TMZ) Former "Celebrity Rehab" star Shifty Shellshock was arrested for possession of rock cocaine last week ... after getting into an argument with his GF at a Ross Dress for Less ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ ... the former Crazy Town singer and his GF were arguing inside of the Ross on Sunset Blvd. in L.A. last week ... when things allegedly turned physical.

We're told a Ross employee believes he saw Shifty grab the woman by the arm and rough her up ... so the employee ran outside and flagged down police.

Sources tell us ... cops searched Shellshock and found rock cocaine ... and arrested the guy for possession of a controlled substance.

37-year-old Shifty -- real name Seth Binzer -- appeared on 2 installments of "Celeb Rehab" and 2 installments of "Sober House" to deal with his struggles with drugs. more on this story

Journey's Neal Schon and Michaele Salahi's Bodyguard Arrested

(TMZ) A bodyguard traveling with Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon was arrested at LaGuardia Airport on Sunday for traveling with a gun in one of his bags ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Salahi tells TMZ that Michaele, Neal and the bodyguard were detained by TSA and Port Authority Police after a gun was found in a bag that was labeled as belonging to Michaele.

We're told he bodyguard explained to police the bag was his and that it was mislabeled at check-in, but that he had a concealed weapon permit.

Little did the bodyguard know ... but the permit did not allow him to carry the gun at an airport. Port Authority Police tell TMZ he was then arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

Salahi and Schon are on their way to Nashville where Neal is recording his solo album and scheduled to attend a benefit with Journey. more on this story

Tim McGraw, Zac Brown Band and Kid Rock are set to headline this year's BamaJam.

The three-day entertainment music festival will be held in Enterprise, Alabama on June 14-16.

(popmusiclife) Selena Gomez has released a remix of her 2011 track, "Hit The Lights," and a new video for the song, as well.

"Hit The Lights" was the third single from her latest album, "When The Sun Goes Down."

The Disney star recently decided to take time off from music and her band The Scene to focus on an acting career. "My band and I are going our separate ways for a while," posted Gomez. "This year is all about films and acting and I want my band to play music wherever with whoever. We will be back but, it will be a good while. I love them and I love you guys." Estate Going After Michael Jackson's Former Manager

(TMZ) Michael Jackson's Estate is going after Tohme Tohme, MJ's former manager, claiming he fleeced the singer out of millions of dollars.

TMZ has obtained legal docs filed by the Estate, claiming Tohme got Michael to sign agreements that earned him a fortune for doing nothing.

According to the papers, Estate attorney Howard Weitzman claims Tohme got MJ to agree to pay him $35,000 a month plus expenses as a flat fee -- regardless of what work Tohme performed. On top of that, Tohme inked a deal that gave him 15% of any money Michael made.

And there's more ...Tohme introduced Michael to a lender that refinanced Neverland. In return, Tohme got Jackson to pay him $2.4 million -- just for the introduction. And Tohme got MJ to promise him 10% of any profits if the Ranch was sold.

Tohme also got MJ to agree to pay him $100,000 a month for the "This Is It" tour.

Estate lawyers are anticipating a lawsuit by Tohme against the estate for the money he claims he's owed, and the Estate wants to shut him down before a suit is filed.

The Estate is also asking for damages.

Britney Spears Settles To End Legal Stink

(TMZ) Britney Spears is coughing up some dough to settle a lawsuit in which she's accused of being a perfume traitor.

Britney was sued by Brand Sense Partners -- a beauty company that hooked her up with Elizabeth Arden to front her Radiance perfume. Under the deal, Brand Sense was supposed to get 35% of Brit's profits.

But according to the suit, Britney and daddy Jamie entered into a secret deal with Elizabeth Arden and cut Brand Sense out of the deal.

The financial terms of the settlement are redacted, but the docs make it clear -- Britney paid Brand Sense commissions for a period of years, in addition to a lump sum. more on this story

Nas' Kidnapped Concert Promoter Released

(TMZ) 49 days after he was kidnapped in Angola following a derailed Nas concert, a U.S. concert promoter is now free to go home ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Patrick Allocco tells us, "An order was entered today by Angolan authorities lifting the travel ban which prevented [Patrick] and his son from leaving the country for 49 days after [Nas] failed to show for a New Year's Eve concert."

According to the rep, Patrick and his son, Patrick, were immediately escorted by U.S. Embassy Officials on a flight to Lisbon. The two men are expected to arrive in Newark, NJ Saturday afternoon.

TMZ broke the story -- Allocco was kidnapped by an Angolan concert promoter last month and held by Angolan authorities, after the Angolan promoter wired Allocco $300K to secure Nas for a concert abroad ... and the rapper no-showed.

Nas paid the money back weeks ago -- but there was a lot of back and forth since ... and the ordeal dragged on.

Patrick's rep adds, "We are relieved that this nightmare is over and are looking forward to coming home to our family and friends who have supported us with their prayers and optimism during this ordeal." more on this story

Pauly Shore Going Country for CMT Movie With Tanya Tucker

Pauly Shore stars in the latest CMT original movie, "Whiskey Business," which will premiere on Sunday, March 25 at 7:00 p.m., ET/PT on CMT.

The network put out these details: John Schneider and Tanya Tucker co-star, and the movie also features Cynthia Preston, Brad Borbridge, and Nick Mancuso. In this two hour movie, self-proclaimed "Guido," Nicky Ferelli, (Pauly Shore) runs away from his mob-tied family when he is wrongly accused of murder, and ends up hiding out in a small southern town making a new and unusual variety of moonshine, while discovering that a country way of life could be the best thing that ever happened to him.

"When I read the script, I knew wanted to do this movie," says Shore. "It's heartfelt, and playing a likeable 'Guido' is a throwback to the old Pauly fans know from my earlier movies." more on this story

Lindsay Lohan Lands Saturday Night Live Hosting Gig

(TMZ) Lindsay Lohan was DYING to "Saturday Night Live" again -- and kickstart her comeback -- so she reached out to Lorne Michaels herself to book the hosting gig ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she has always felt the "SNL" executive producer has been very fatherly towards her throughout the year. We're told LiLo has always enjoyed doing the show, but was waiting for the right time to do it again.

So now that her community service is coming to an ends, our sources say Lindsay called up Lorne and asked him to consider her for the show again. We're told they had multiple conversations and eventually settled on a date ... March 3.

According to our sources, Lindsay feels doing "SNL" again will remind people she's an actress ... not a defendant. more on this story

Rihanna Releases Behind The Scenes Video

(popmusiclife) Rihanna has released a new video series giving fans some insight into the making of latest album, "Talk that Talk."

In part 1 of "The Road To 'Talk That Talk,'" Rihanna takes viewers backstage on the last day of the LOUD Tour, to the studio and to Barbados with her family.

Rihanna performed at the 2012 Grammys recently, where she sang her hit "We Found Love," as well as performing "Princess Of China" with UK rockers Coldplay. Check out the video here.

Howard Jones' Electronic 80s Coming Next Month

(Noble) Howard Jones will host a new 4-part radio series entitled Electronic 80s with Howard Jones for the UK's premiere 80s music radio station Absolute 80s.

The hour-long show starts Sunday 4th March at 8pm, with subsequent shows airing on 11th March, 18th March and 25th March.

"When you think of the 80s, Howard Jones is one of the Great British icons," says Absolute Radio's Content Director, Tony Moorey. "He's already proven himself to be an amazing singer, songwriter and musician, and we believe he can add 'radio presenter' to that list. Madonna Stalker's Storage Locker Of Weird Things Auctioned

(TMZ) A storage locker belonging to the guy who once served a a 10-year sentence for stalking Madonna has just been opened up ... and ... it's weird.

The locker belonged to Robert Dewey Hoskins (who also threatened Halle Berry) -- and the contents were auctioned off earlier this month because he failed to pay the bill.

Among the gems ... a TON of Madonna memorabilia (including CDs and photos) ... as well as condoms, women's jewelry, box cutters, scissors, a bible and a super creepy mask. Like we said ... weird.

The buyer of the locker (who paid $1,900 for it) had no idea Hoskins was renting the unit before the auction ... but was able to ID the stalker through paperwork discovered in the locker, as well as a few prescription bottles left behind.

We're told the buyer informed Applied Facts, a private investigation company, which then contacted the LAPD ... which is yet to investigate the locker's contents. more on this story

DMX Wants DNA Test Before Paying Expensive Child Support

(TMZ) DMX has been accused of owing more than $1 million in back child support -- but TMZ has learned, the rapper ain't convinced the woman pointing the finger is really his baby mama.

X's ex, Patricia Trejo, was in L.A. Superior Court Thursday morning, arguing against a motion DMX filed in their ongoing paternity case -- in which the rapper asked the court for permission to perform in Europe.

You see, in paternity cases where significant child support is owed, the owing parent is prohibited from obtaining a passport without a court order -- and X wants a special dispensation.

But Patricia put her foot down in court Thursday -- claiming DMX owed $1 million in unpaid child support, going back to her daughter's birth over ten years ago ... and she was tired of waiting around.

Now here's the twist -- DMX tells TMZ, he hasn't paid because he's not convinced the girl is his ... and wants a DNA test to prove paternity before he starts handing over cash. more on this story

Kobe Bryant Trying To Repair Marriage

(TMZ) Kobe Bryant is making a full court press to save his marriage ... and has sworn up and down to Vanessa he will never stray again if she takes him back.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Kobe has "aggressively" pursued Vanessa over the last three weeks, and she's been receptive. We're told Vanessa tends to believe Kobe, but still isn't sure the marriage can be resurrected.

And then there's the subject of lavish gifts. We're told Kobe has given Vanessa a very expensive piece of jewelry. We don't know the price, nor do we know how it compares to the $4 million ring she scored after Kobe's infamous dalliance a few years back.

As for whether they will drop the divorce, we're told they are working on a reconciliation. Several sources very familiar with the couple told us at the time Vanessa filed legal docs not to be surprised if the papers are withdrawn ... because they both really love each other. more on this story

(TMZ) Miley Cyrus was at it again Saturday night -- which with her can mean several things -- but in this case she got another tattoo ... TMZ has learned.

Cyrus showed up at Studio City Tattoo at around 8:00 PM Sat night with a few friends, including BF Liam Hemsworth.

Miley was the only one of the crew to get inked ... with the phrase "Love Never Dies" on the inside of her left bicep. Check out photo here.

Parents Protest Reality Show Cameras at Elementary School

(TMZ) Several parents at an elementary school in Vegas -- attended by the children of "Sister Wives" star Cody Brown -- are up in arms, TMZ has learned ... and it's all over reality TV cameras infiltrating their school.

Here's how it started -- sources tell TMZ, a production crew for TLC's "Sister Wives" came to the Sheila Tarr Elementary School's Valentine's Ball last Saturday to shoot the Brown family with their children.

According to sources, parents at the school were notified days before filming -- but a large group strongly objected to it, and lodged complaints with the school.

In the end, we're told the school worked out a deal with the production company behind the show -- in which producers agreed not to discuss the location of the school and blur out the faces of any children not associated with the show.

But we're told several parents were still upset -- believing the cameras represented an invasion of privacy -- and now, they want the local school district to revamp its on-campus filming policies.

TLC had no comment. A rep for the Clark County School District tells TMZ, "The district heard the concerns of the parents involved and considered them when developing [the] compromise."

The rep adds, "In the past few months, we've had the Ellen show, ABC News, Oxygen Network, and countless local broadcasts filmed at our schools. TLC and the Brown family deserved the same."

BTW -- the Valentine's Ball was a fundraiser event to raise money for the school ... and we're told the "Sister Wives" production company donated $500 to the cause.

Chris Tucker Owes Over $12 Million In Taxes

(TMZ) Just when it seemed like Chris Tucker's tax debt couldn't get any bigger ... the government has tacked on another half a million dollars to his already outrageous bill ... meaning he's broken the $12 million tax lien barrier. Congrats?

As TMZ first reported, Tucker is in the hole to Uncle Sam for a whopping $11,571,909.26 for federal taxes from 2001, 2002 and 2004 through 2006.

Now it seems the state of Georgia is getting in on the act ... recently filing a tax lien of their own against Tucker for $592,594.82 for the year 2007.

Playmate Putting Playboy On Hold While Hefner Assault Case Investigated

(TMZ) The Playmate who was allegedly kicked and beaten by Hugh Hefner's son Marston is disassociating herself from Playboy ... at least for the foreseeable future -- TMZ has learned.

Sources close to 20-year-old Claire Sinclair tell us, the model has canceled all future Playboy-related appearances, events, and photoshoots pending the outcome of her domestic violence case with Marston.

Claire has even lawyered up with powerhouse attorney Keith Davidson -- who tells us, "We are taking this matter extremely seriously and we are completing a thorough investigation into this situation."

TMZ broke the story ... 21-year-old Marston was arrested last Sunday night after allegedly kicking and punching Sinclair during an argument in their Pasadena, CA apartment.

Sinclair said she wouldn't press charges against him if he gave a public apology -- and got psychiatric help. The incident is currently under investigation. more on this story

Wife Assault Claim Hurting Terrence Howard's Acting Career?

(TMZ) Terrence Howard says he can't get work because everyone is scared to hire him after his estranged wife alleged he violently abused her.

TMZ has obtained new documents in the nasty divorce between Terrence and Michelle Howard. Michelle has accused Terrence of smacking her in the face and chipping her tooth with his wedding ring, slugging her in the face and neck and threatening to throw her off a balcony ... the list goes on.

Terrence has denied all the allegations, but he says, "I am gravely concerned that her actions have had an incredibly negative effect on my career and my ability to obtain future work as an actor."

Terrence's agent, Jim Toth -- Reese Witherspoon's hubby -- submitted a declaration in which he says Terrence has not received any "suitable offers" since the allegations were made, and he only pulled in $60,000 for his last project which ended in September. more on this story
