(TMZ) Actor Kiowa Gordon -- who plays a shapeshifting werewolf Embry Call in the "Twilight" movies -- was arrested in Tempe, Arizona early Monday morning ... this according to the Tempe Police Department. Gordon was NOT busted for DUI, as reported by local AZ media -- but rather, he was arrested for an active warrant stemming from a DUI incident awhile back. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 21-year-old actor was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a "routine registration check" in Tempe around 6:12 AM. During the stop, cops discovered there was an active warrant for Gordon's arrest -- so they took the actor into custody and booked him into a local jail. more on this story

(TMZ) The guitarist for George Clinton's famous Parliament-Funkadelic band says she's desperate to get her custom shredstick back after it was stolen last week -- and her HEALTH depends on it!! Shaunna Hall tells TMZ ... the $5,000 guitar was stolen from the P-Funk tour bus, in Memphis, on August 5. But what REALLY sucks is ... the instrument was specifically designed to accommodate a painful physical affliction she sustained after a bad accident last year. Hall says her neck and shoulder were injured in the accident -- and ever since the incident, traditional wood guitars are simply too heavy for her to play for several hours at a time. We're told the custom guitar is made from carbon fiber -- weighing a mere 4.5 pounds -- which puts less stress on her sensitive neck and shoulder ... helping her endure performing a full concert. Shaunna tells us -- she'll DEFINITELY offer a reward to anyone who returns the guitar ... no questions asked. more on this story

Bjork continues her Biophilia with the release of the "Virus" single through One Little Indian/Nonesuch Records and as a special feature of the Biophilia App for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, available through In-App Purchase."Virus" is an original song and new feature of the Biophilia App that explores the relationship between biological virus as part musical instrument, part sonic artwork, and part scientifically informed educational animation. It may be played in song-mode to watch the life cycle of a virus or played in instrument-mode to create music. In "Virus" infectious agents attack a central cell. Biological and musical processes unite as with each stage of the virus's life cycle a new song section is heard. The app feature starts with a large cell surrounded by others floating on screen. Small viruses appear, latch on to the cell, and inject their DNA. The strands amass and penetrate the large cell's nucleus, then the viruses replicate. The song is complete once the cell is destroyed. The user may watch the animation of the song to see and hear the viruses multiply or touch the viruses, flick the nuclei in the cells, play sounds from the song and create original music. more on this story

Earlier today, the band announced they would be canceling the remaining 9 dates on their U.S. tour ... but they wouldn't explain why. Now, TMZ has spoken with a rep for drummer/ lead vocalist Micky Dolenz -- who tells us, "Management had booked a number of dates with the venues without running them by the group first ... so we had to cancel the remaining dates." The rep adds, "Micky is disappointed but his solo tour is still going strong for the rest of the year." There are rumors that the tour was canceled because Micky had checked himself into rehab for a substance abuse problem -- but the rep tells us it's total BS ... saying, "It has nothing to do with any sort of substance abuse whatsoever." We tried getting in contact with the main person responsible for booking the tour -- but we were advised by his company that the man "no longer works here anymore." Ouch. more on this story
