Ke$ha Tour Buses Detour To Hospital
(TMZ) Ke$ha's two tour buses made an emergency stop Sunday night at the University of Miami hospital -- but TMZ has learned, it wasn't the singer seeking medical attention.

Ke$ha's rep tells TMZ, "A member of Ke$ha's band sustained a minor injury, was treated, released and feeling great."

The buses pulled in after Ke$ha's show at the Bayfront Park Amphitheatre -- and we're told, they remained parked there for hours while the singer's security team stood guard at the hospital entrance.

NBA Star Assaults Fan?
(TMZ) TMZ has obtained VIDEO showing NBA star Michael Beasley shoving a fan in the face during a heated altercation at a playground game in New York last week.

Beasley went on to lead his team to victory over another park team led by NBA superstar Kevin Durant.

We're told the fan had been heckling Beasley throughout the game -- screaming taunts like, "You're a f**king bum ... you ain't sh*t Beasley."

Charlie Sheen's Character Run Over By A Train
(TMZ) TMZ has done more recon and has gotten the real lowdown on HOW Charlie Sheen's character on Two and Half Men, Charlie Harper died -- and it isn't pretty.

Sources at Friday night's taping tell us ... Harper married Rose -- the neighbor/stalker he flew to Paris with last season -- but things went downhill quickly when she found him in the shower with another woman.

In the episode, we're told Rose speaks at the funeral and recounts what happened to Charlie ... saying the day after the shower incident she and Charlie were waiting for a Paris subway when Charlie "slipped" and the subway literally blew him apart in a "meat explosion."

The strong inclination was that Rose pushed him and got away with it. It seems Chuck Lorre couldn't take his aggressions out on Charlie Sheen, but he did the next best thing by taking it out on Charlie Harper. more on this story

NHL Star Sean Avery Challenges Cops To A Fight
(TMZ) NHL star Sean Avery challenged cops to a FIGHT when they responded to his Hollywood Hills home Friday morning ... calling them, "Fat little pigs" ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told cops were dispatched to the home over a complaint about loud music -- and when they arrived to Avery's pad, the hockey star was NOT happy to see them.

Sources tell us 31-year-old Avery immediately began running his mouth at the cops -- telling them he would fight all of them ... even challenging them to, "Come back without your badges."

During the incident, Avery -- who famously dated Elisha Cuthbert a while back -- allegedly shoved an officer and slammed the front door on the cops.

We're told cops began speaking with Avery through the door -- and warned him that if he didn't open the door, they would break it down. That's when Avery decided to open up and cooperate.

As TMZ first reported, Avery was hauled to a nearby station and booked for battering a peace officer. He has since been released after posting bail.

Arnold Schwarzenegger I Survived Maria Shirt Explained
(TMZ) On the surface it's the unkindest cut of all ... Arnold Schwarzenegger out bike riding Sunday in Santa Monica, wearing a shirt that says, "I survived Maria" -- the woman whom he betrayed so badly.

But there's more to this story. We found out ... Arnold got the shirt last November, during a farewell party for the Governator's staff. The shirts were actually designed by Maria's staff, as a joke. The shirt they presented to Arnold had 2007 crossed out and 1977 scribbled above -- that's the year Arnold and Maria started dating.

And, we're told, Arnold and Maria are not at war. They're well along in the process of settling their divorce, and they speak frequently.

But all of this begs the question. Given the events of the last few months, should Arnold have worn the shirt in public? more on this story
