Don Cheadle To Make Miles Davis Biopic
(Gibson) A new Miles Davis biopic has been given the green light. Actor and director Don Cheadle told New York Magazine: "It's day by day. I actually just got off the phone with the studio executives about putting it together. It's a difficult time to make films, especially ones that don't have people flying or sequels or cars. So we're grinding, you know. We're struggling through, but it's going to happen."

According to Spinner.com, the biopic will concentrate on a day and a half in jazz legend Davis' life. Herbie Hancock is in charge of the music.

Cheadle said: "The movie takes place over a day and a half of his life – a very intense day and a half of his life, but a lot of people haven't even engaged because of what they perceive it's going to be." more on this story

Casey Anthony To Seek Treatment For Serious Mental Issues?
(TMZ) Casey Anthony won't be sitting down with ABC .. NBC ... CBS or any other network for at least a couple of months -- TMZ has learned Casey will be seeking professional treatment for serious mental issues instead.

Charlie Sheen Sending Brooke Mueller To Rehab
(TMZ) Charlie Sheen thinks his way of rehab is the best way -- so he's having his ex-wife Brooke Mueller go through the same treatments he recently did ... and he's picking up the tab.

Sources close Sheen tell TMZ he didn't like the idea of Brooke going down to Mexico for rehab, saying he felt the treatment there was dangerous and he felt she might die. As we first reported, the treatment involved a prescribing a drug that's not legal in the United States.

So, we're told Charlie actually flew down to Mexico in a private jet, picked her up, and brought her back to the States. Brooke was only south of the border for 12 hours before Charlie scooped her up.

Then, according to our sources, Charlie decided to bring back his own team of doctors -- the ones he used a few months back when the "Two and a Half Men" people wanted him to get treatment.

We're told he's now set Brooke up at an undisclosed location and paying for the whole thing.

Looks like Brooke will soon be winning at rehab herself. more on this story
