Wanna Hear The New Dr Dre Song?
Dr. Dre has just released the first track from his forthcoming album, Detox. Dre's song, "Kush," featuring Snoop Dogg and Akon, hit radio early Tuesday morning.

The song will be available for purchase on iTunes today, Thursday November 18th.

Fans who have waited more than 10 years for new music from Dre can stream the correct version of the track at DrDre.com. Detox will be released in early 2011. - more on this story

MTV Announce Nicki Minaj Documentary
Tune into MTV Sunday, November 28 at 10pm ET/PT to watch the premiere of a brand new hour-long Nicki Minaj documentary entitled, "My Time Now". The documentary will then be made available for free on-demand streaming on MTV.com.

MTV was granted exclusive access to Minaj over a period of three months and chronicles her professional and personal life. Over the course of the hour-long documentary, fans see the various sides to Minaj's multifaceted personality including the ambitious business woman, family caregiver, and creative artist.

The film includes Minaj's emotional return to her native Trinidad (her first trip back in seven years), downtime with her family in Queens, prepping for her first VMA performance and putting the final touches on her debut album. The documentary also features exclusive interviews with Minaj where she opens up about her past, working with the world's biggest artists, as well as the pleasures and perils of fame. - more including the trailer

Barry Manilow, Jamiroquai, A.R. Rahman and India.Arie have been added to this year's Nobel Peace Prize Concert.

The Concert will also feature performances by Florence + the Machine, Herbie Hancock, Robyn, Elvis Costello, Colbie Caillat and Sivert Høyem.

Denzel Washington will host the 17th annual event on Saturday, December 11th in Oslo, Norway at the Oslo Spektrum arena. Washington's co-host will be announced shortly.

Daft Punk Fuel New Tron Game
(fortyseven) Daft Punk, who created the music score for Walt Disney Pictures' upcoming film "TRON: Legacy," provided two of their tracks from the film for TRON: Evolution, the video game.

Disney Interactive Studios announced today the inclusion of two Daft Punk tracks in the game -- "Derezzed" and "The Grid" -- along with music from composers Sascha Dikiciyan, Cris Velasco and Kevin Manthei.

The original motion picture soundtrack for "TRON: Legacy" composed by Daft Punk is also set for release on December 7, 2010, from Walt Disney Records. The original motion picture soundtrack, marking the first film score from Daft Punk, is available for pre-order at iTunes.com/TRON.

Jeremih and 50 Cent Go Top 5
Jeremih's "Down on Me" featuring 50 Cent, the second single from his All About You album (September 2010) made its way to a Top 5 spot on the iTunes R&B/Soul chart this week.

With some help from YouTube sensation, Keenan Cahill, his "Down On Me" video actually featured 50 Cent in it and went viral last week after airing on the popular late night talk show, Chelsea Lately. The Keenan Cahill "Down On Me" video was masterminded by 50 Cent and funny-woman Chelsea Handler and created a remarkable Internet craze. Country Thunder Lineups
The lineups for next year's Country Thunder music festivals have been announced. Here is what we were sent about both the Wisconsin and the Arizon events:

Wisconsin: Kicking off the festival on Thursday, is 2010 CMA "Vocal Group of the Year" Lady Antebellum, who is sure to get the crowd going with their 2010 CMA Single of the Year, "Need You Now". The Left Giving Away Free Gas Leaks EP

Regina Spektor's first live recording and concert film, Live In London, will be released this coming Monday, November 22nd on Sire / Warner Bros Records.

Grace Potter Added To Divas Salute The Troops
(Hollywood) Grace Potter and her band The Nocturnals will join Katy Perry, Keri Hilson, Sugarland, Nicki Minaj and Paramore for VH1's "Divas Salute The Troops" special.

Presented by the USO, and drawing from the tone of the original USO shows, the special will see Potter and the other female-fronted superstars bringing the iconic event to America's troops and their families using Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar in San Diego as home base. Dwight Twilley will appear on this weekend's broadcast of the nationally syndicated Mountain Stage radio program.

Band Goes From Shutting Down Freeway To USS Midway for Toys for Tots
(Scoop) Imperial Stars, who recently gained notoriety for allegedly shutting down L.A.'s 101 Freeway, has announced a round of holiday charity events that combine their music with a dedicated humanitarian mission.

On November 20, the band will perform on the deck of the USS Midway at the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Family Day in San Diego. Four days later, Imperial Stars will be back in Los Angeles to play a concert and sponsor meals for area homeless youth at the Union Rescue Mission. Then on December 10, the group will host a benefit concert at Hollywood's Highlands venue, during which they will play a headlining set and present a donation check to various aid organizations.

"We're putting our money where our mouth is," said Christopher Wright of Imperial Stars. "So far we've raised $30,000 and more is coming in every day. The holidays are especially tough on impoverished and homeless kids, so we're looking to help in any way we can, and hope that people nationwide open up their hearts and wallets too."

New Music Seminar Returns to Los Angeles
