Nas and Damian 'JR. Gong' Marley release their collaborative studio album, Distant Relatives (IDJ/Universal Republic) today, MAY 18th, 2010. Just one week before the Season 9 finale Geffen Recording artist Travis Garlan will perform his debut single "Believe" on the American Idol results show this Wednesday night, May 19th, on Fox at 8pm/9pm central. "Believe" will be available at iTunes and all digital partners beginning May 18th. Garland is no stranger to the music world, after leaving Lubbock, TX when he was just 14 and landing in Los Angeles to pursue an acting career he spent his days auditioning and nights writing music. A chance meeting with a friend landed him in the boy band NLT and they gained a small, but loyal, following with their Timbaland produced single "She Said, I Said" and a nationwide tour with The Pussycat Dolls. When the group decided to go their separate ways creatively (band mate Kevin McHale is now on Fox's Glee) Garland hooked up with producer Nate "Danja" Hills (Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, Britney Spears) to record his solo effort. The talent doesn't stop at singing and dancing for 20 year old Garland, he also plays piano, co-wrote "Believe" and produced his own vocals for the track.

Bo Bice will return to the television airwaves for the next two weeks as he launches the release of his new album, 3, due in stores tomorrow on Saguaro Road Records. Bo can currently be seen on GAC as their Artist of the Month and will be featured in their popular On The Streets show on May 18th. He performs on Fox & Friends May 18th, nationally-syndicated television show Daytime next week, Better TV on May 26th and will appear on the Daily Buzz later in the month. An interview for the Fox television news feed will go out to affiliates on May 18th and he will appear on Fox Business Channel's "Strategy Room" that same day. Bo then travels to Los Angeles to appear on the Game Show Network during the week of May 24th and do interviews from the American Idol finale red carpet as well as a special segment for E! Entertainment Television. He will also perform on the new Emeril Lagasse Show on June 10th.

Free Energy premiered their new video for "Bang Pop" exclusively on MySpace. Directed by Josh Nussbaum (Disney, MTV's "Made") and produced by Ben Nabors, the video was shot in a middle school just outside of the band's homebase of Philadelphia. It features over 100 extras that turned the suburban middle school into a certified "Rock N' Roll High School".
