Christina Aguilera Plots Global Tour

Christina Aguilera has confirmed her return to the stage with a global tour. Aguilera will pull from her repertoire of chart-topping hits and fan favorites. British pop singer Leona Lewis will appear on all North American dates.

The Live Nation produced summer tour will begin on July 15th at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT making a 20 date trek throughout North America.

Aguilera will appear on the MTV Movie Awards on June 6th, the Today Show Summer Concert Series on June 8th (the same day of her album's release), Late Show with David Letterman on June 9th, Live! With Regis & Kelly on June 10th, The Early Show on Friday, June 11th, the Today Weekend Show on Saturday, June 12th, VH1 Storytellers on June 13th and a surprise appearance or two in the coming weeks. Lady Gaga Adds New North American Tour Leg

With the majority of North American dates already sold out, Lady Gaga today announced she will return to North America in 2011.

The 2011 North American Monster Ball Tour, produced globally by Live Nation, will begin on February 19th, 2011 at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall, taking her show to top arenas and a host of new cities.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Head Up Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery

"Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery," will take place at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena On Tuesday, June 22nd, where the Music City community will unite to assist victims of the floods that ravaged Nashville and Middle Tennessee Nashville Rising.

It will feature performances by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, who are spearheading the event, and numerous other artists. See below for a list of performers and special guests who have been confirmed to date. This superstar line-up will continue to grow and many additions will be announced as the event draws closer.

Jordin Sparks Summer Plans

American Idol Jordin Sparks will launch her summer headlining tour beginning this June in support of her sophomore album release "Battlefield". Later this summer, Jordin will playing the lead in the hit Broadway Musical "In The Heights". She'll start with on August 19th, and play the lead for 12 weeks until November 14th

"Battlefield" debuted in the Top 10 on Billboard's Top 200 albums chart with her hit single of the same title, peaking at #6 on the Pop singles charts. Jordin's tour will hit over 35 major theatres across the U.S., ending on July 18th.

Hootie & the Blowfish Golf Channel Special

(Submitted News) 16th Annual Hootie & the Blowfish Monday After the Masters Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament will be aired three times on the Golf Channel this month. The one-hour special was filmed at the Dye Club at Barefoot Resort & Golf and at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. on April 12.

Golf Channel's special entitled, "Monday After The Masters hosted by Hootie & The Blowfish" will debut in prime time on May 11 at 8:00 p.m. (EDT). Subsequent airings will take place on May 12 at 10:00 a.m. and May 22 at 2:00 a.m.

The show is hosted by Lauren Thompson and features tournament coverage with participants from the PGA TOUR, sports celebrities and entertainment stars. Amanda Palmer Cabaret

Amanda Palmer will be starring in the American Repertory Theater's production of Cabaret beginning in August. The play will be staged by the A.R.T. at their theatrical club space, OBERON.

Steven Bogart will direct the play with Amanda starring the Emcee of the Kit Kat Klub. The production opens August 31, 2010.

Apollo Brown Reissues Skilled Trade Mistape

Apollo Brown re-releases a mixtape done in 2007 named Skilled Trade. Raw in its sound, Skilled Trade is a collection showcasing Apollo Brown's honed craft through the 30 tracks of instrumentals included in the album.

"Really, the inspiration behind putting this project out was to get a little bit of my sound out of the bedroom and into the streets," says Apollo.

A true display of talent, not only did Apollo produce and arrange it himself but also created the physical album through his own means, then distributing them the same exact way. Rubik Announce US Tour

Rubik are returning to the US in June for a full tour in support of their second album and US debut – Dada Bandits.

Released Stateside this past fall on Fullsteam/Paper Tiger AV, the album was met with critical praise and found the Finnish collective doing a handful of US dates including a show at CMJ Music Marathon in NYC as well as session for KEXP.
