.
(Zap2it.com) The American Human Association has concluded its investigation into two equine deaths on the set of 20th Century Fox's "My Friend Flicka" remake, ruling both incidents unpreventable accidents.
In a release headlined "American Humane remains good friend of 'Flicka,'" the monitoring organization expresses regret over the two deaths, but says all supervisory protocols were followed and that they were not the result of any failure on the part of American Humane's Certified Animal Safety Representatives or the production company's failure to comply with American Humane's "Guidelines for the Safe Use of Animals in Filmed Media."
